The return of Jesus, be very concerned!

So many of us faithful people are thrilled and excited at the idea of the return of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ. Are we getting ahead of ourselves, shouldn’t we be more fearful? Just a thought for a moment, but wasn’t it the very people who in ancient times whom also was thrilled and excited about his coming, denied him, even crucified him. They also had the written word prophecy.

Why would I say to be fearful? I say to be fearful, because I believe history will repeat itself with us concerning the return of Jesus, simply due to the fact that humanity has proven ourselves to always drift far away from the true knowledge of God by our own devices and interpretations of the scriptures. The Holy Spirit is here to help us know God’s truth and yet there are so many being deceived still, especially by the heads of churches. Like the Pharisee and the scribes of ancient times, according to the Word( scriptures), they truly believe within their heart, they were right in their actions. And believe it or not, they were part of God’s plan, no different than Judas. What makes us believe, like them, our wisdom, knowledge, and understanding would be any different? Could it be that they didn’t have the New Testament, and the New Testament prophecy is more accurate? For thousands of years, with the knowledge from the Book of Revelation, Jesus return is not going to be a suprise, rather our acceptance and recognition of his presence according to prophecy is going to be the greatest test of our wisdom, knowledge and understanding, once again of the Scriptures as was back then.

Looking forward to the return of Jesus would be for my understanding the final battle to destroy Satan. The work for humanity has been completed, Jesus give himself for us and we were giving Grace to see us through. But first before we go forward to be moved aside for the battle we are going to be tested on how well learnt are we because throughout generations we were taught especially by Jesus who said, “I am the way, truth and the life…John 14:6. My fear is according to Matthew 7:21-23 Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father in heave. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord,’ have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name? And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you who practice lawlessness!’

We are always so over confident in our faith and our relationships with God. When I was younger I thought to myself about people who spoke about God like it was fact as having a one way phone conversation with Him to know it’s fact. God says to love Him with all your heart, mind, soul and love your neighbor as you love yourself, Matthew 22:36-40 and they would say, “but God our neighbors are idols worshippers, we can’t love them.” One way conversation! Knowing all who’s going to hell or not, their faith is correct no other, even to knowing how God thinks and feel concerning faith. But in the end God is the Judge of it all, not us. The question you’d ask yourself is, will God say? “My faithful servant to whom I am well pleased” or the angel comes and say? “Hail you are highly favored, by God.” But to hear those words, ” depart from me, I never knew you” would be like a knife to the heart, believing I was doing everything I thought He’d be pleased with. Doing me, claiming to serve the Almighty in man’s eyes.

Resist the devil!

Woke up this morning desperately praying for answers on, “the true meaning of life is?” I am angry, frustrated and bitter at myself as well as all human beings. “What are we doing here in this and with this thing called life.” I am tired and bitter at mankind. Why, you ask? Because we are the most unchangeable, but predictable species ever created. Amazingly we see the extinctions of animal and all sorts of other creatures, but not us. We keep on existing to fit all circumstances of times through evolution. Yet nothing about our behavior, characteristics, mindset ever seems to change time and time again, no matter how much everything else around us does. The Bible holds the record of this, especially towards each other and most of all concerning the Almighty God. It make sense that we could never change our relationships towards one another if we can’t even get it right with God. Not being able to get right with the Lord is our greatest obstacle. If we get right with God like Jesus, the the devil would no longer exist. His existence is predicted on us and our obedience to God.

How can you be selfless in a world full of greed and selfishness. No matter how you try to escape it, the world is infectious, and unless you have a great immune faith system, you’re going to get infected. It’s a battle field when knowing to do right and it becomes a struggle for the fear of critical rejection and you’re forcibly turned away or imprisonment of the mind, heart and spirit. Scriptures declares in Matthew 7:12 “Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. But yet I see people who like receiving and not giving, hating, murdering, being prejudice to one another, stealing, committing adultery, gossiping all kinds of evil that there’s no way would be acceptable if reciprocal to themselves.

It angers me to see that we live in an enlightened world where nothing is hide from us, we know right and wrong. Yet our blatant disregard either through ignorance or just selfishness, the impact of our cruel actions towards others. I pray to God all the time to forgive me of my sin I do today, yesterday and the future, because no matter how faithful I am sin will always find a way to get in and it doesn’t knock to enter. I feel within my spirit that sin just gets activated, if I don’t get a hold of my soul when frustration, anger and sadness creeps in. No matter how ‘Holy’ I may feel at time those unguarded moments of weakness gives way. The devil made me do it is no excuse for a Christian, sorry! As a Christian we learn in James 4:7 Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Ephesians 6:11-18 “Put on the whole armour of God.”

I refuse to believe that Jesus’s death on the cross is for us to continue in sin and believe His work is incomplete, that sin still rules, “The devil is a liar” remember that. We must fight to stand our grounds and rebuke him, don’t give in, call on the name of Jesus Mark 16:17. If we are still sinning it is because it’s the residue of sin lingering to get hold of the the weak. We’ve been given the power and authority not over each other, but over the wickedness of the devil. Luke 9:1

There’s an underline evil festering

Can’t believe in the midst of covid-19, a world pendemex people are committing murder. The virus itself is already taking lives, why senseless violence in the mix. In Canada, Halifax 22 murdered and in the United States, Georgia the murder of Ahmaud Arbery. My heart is so broken and my mind troubled. I thought to myself, at least we know about these incidents, but I could just imagine the other evil’s going on in the world that is not in the media, we have no information about.

How do we justify these crimes, can we just say it’s human nature? It’s human nature to mess up because we’re not perfect, but to be a killer, something is definitely wrong. Mental illness, I can understand and is an good enough excuse, but to blatantly kill another human being for no reason, my Lord Jesus, do we ever need you to come now.

Murder is murder, twenty-two compare to one is still wrong, ever so wrong. The Ahmaud Arbery murder is tormenting my spirit only because of the video. It is hard when you allow your imagination to run wild on how a murder went down, but when you see exactly what took place and the cruelty, it’s haunting. I can’t close my eyes without seeing him trying to fight for his life and the staggered away and then dropped to the ground. No parent needs to go through what his parents must be, especially seeing the video, my God! I can’t help but cry.

Who side are you on? Racism began with the devil.

Race: a family, tribe, people, or nation belonging to the same stock, Merriam-webster definition. Racism: a belief that race is primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race.

Racism began with the devil and his dislike for humans, Adam and Eve. He came between God and man by encouraging and deceiving Adam and Eve to eat from the forbidden tree to prove to God that we fragile and inadequate. But to God, we are the love of his life. Satan was just jealous because God gave man free will, where as he being an angel didn’t. The reason I say this is because we read in the book of Job chapter one beginning with verse six through to twelve. Satan went into the presence of God to make a proposition about Job, a perfect upright and faithful man of God. Satan believed he was only being true to God because God had a hedge around him blessing him with any and everything and, if God took it away surely Job will curse him. Just to think of the of mindset Satan has to think such a thought about Job towards God.

Job is proof to the jealousy, racism, hatred, whatever, all the same when concerns anything pretaining to the devil, that he had towards man from the beginning of time. I believe just like with Job, and God knew it. Satan dislike man so much that he’s always trying some way or the other to destroy us, form deceptions and lies, whatever it takes. Remind us of anyone? Yes a racist!

Whenever I think about racism I think of the devil. He’s the only side you chose to belong to when you are a racist. God created the world and all that is in it, even the devil. And it’s his love for all his creation, the reason he keeps giving us a chance to make a change for betterment and not just us as man, but the bad angels also. So we all must chose which side we want to be on because the end to the system of things is coming. We must make that change now that everything is revealed through DNA . There is no pure nations or superiority race of people, we are all one, and that is a human race. If anything covid-19 came to us to make light of our ignorance that we are all human and none of us is exempt from it.

Just because China was first hit with covid-19 doesn’t make it a Chinese disease and just becuse the elderly is mostly affected and dies, doesn’t make it an old people disease. Like getting the flue, everyone is being effected, some get very ill and survive and there are others that dies. Judging someone for being sick is nothing but ignorance and being foolish. No one should be killed, hurt or discriminated against for the color of there skin, religion, size of their body, sexual orientation, social status, etc. Only God is the righteous judge for us all, whom he created.

The psalm of Mary for all Mother’s and Mother’s to be.

Luke 1:46-55 Mary said,”My soul doth magnify the Lord, and my spirit hath rejoice in God my saviour. For he hath regarded the low estate of his handmaiden: for, behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed. For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and Holy is his name. And his mercy is on them that fear him from generation to generation. He hath shewed strength with his arm; he hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts. He hath put down the mighty from their seats, and exalted them of low degree. He hath filled the hungry with good things; and the rich he hath sent empty away. He hath to holpen his servant Israel, in remembrance of his mercy; As he spake to our fathers, to Abraham, and to his seed forever.

Mary-I-am=Mariam A virtuous woman

Proverbs 31:10-31 Virtuous woman is a woman who fears and Lord. Every woman should want to follow suit. The story of Naomi and Ruth shows us the virtuous women. Ruth expressing her love for her mother-in-law Naomi by remaining by her side and leaving what she new all her life to follower her where ever she’d go, after the lost of her two sons and husband. Naomi had pleaded with Ruth to return to her family, but Ruth was adamant she will be with her no matter what.

Mary the mother Jesus is the manifestation of the word virtuous. Being a virgin was and is the most vital importance simply because it spoke of her purity for what God was about to do. There was also qualities about Mary that are not mentioned, but being highly favored imply those qualities had to be that of a virtuous women according to the scriptures.

Virtuous woman is not about being equal to a man neither is it the miss conception of genda and pay, even though it is only right that if a woman can do the same job as a man why not pay both get the same pay. There should be no competition where work and pay is concern especially between men and women this is not about strength. Let a man, be a man and a woman, be a woman, what does that mean? We have or role in this life and that is to be one another’s help mate. In other words you can do and be better together. One is not better without the other, only together you’re better.

Every one of us as a woman like Mary should adhered to the quality of character of a virtuous woman, so God can find favor with us also to grant us the abilities like Mary to change the world according to his will and be ready to except.

The Luminous Mysteries

Thursday is the Luminous Mystery. The First Luminous Mystery: The Baptism of Christ in the Jordan. Jesus is baptized by John the Baptist. The second Luminous Mystery: The Wedding Feast at Cana. Jesus turn the water into wine. The Third Luminous Mystery: Jesus proclamation of the coming of the Kingdom of God. Jesus began to preach saying, “repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

The Fourth Luminous Mystery: The Transfiguration. Jesus took Peter, John and James and went up on the mountain to pray. Today as I concentrated on this Mystery of the Rosary as Jesus prayed his countenance was altered, and his raiment became dazzling white. It was said two men spoke to Jesus that looked like Moses and Elijah. I believed Jesus entered into a secret place where he took his most trusted and faithful disciples, Peter, John and James. Many times in the scriptures Jesus always steel away into isolation from his disciples especially after dealing with many crowds of people. It seems like Jesus was going for restoration of the virtue that left his body in the ministering and healing of the people. The two figures believed to be Moses and Elijah could have been the same angels that came and ministered to him in the wilderness after fasting for forty days and being tempted by the devil, Matthew 4:11. And the two angels at the tomb of Jesus, John 20:12.

The Fifth Luminous Mystery: The Institution of the Eucharist. Jesus took the bread, and blessed, and broke it, and gave it to the disciples and said, ” take, eat; this is my body.” And he took the cup, and when he had given thanks he give it to them, saying, “drink of it, for this is my blood of the covenants which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.

My conclusion: The Luminous Mystery is strictly focused on Jesus’s mission in bring the Kingdom of God to all with his teaching and miracles.

The Glorious Mystery

Wednesday’s the day for the The Glorious Mystery. First Glorious Mystery: The Resurrection. Three days after the crucifixion of Jesus rose up from death. As I mediated on this Mystery, I thought of the women who were the first to discover Jesus had risen. It is written that the women went to the tomb with spices to anoint his body then discovered his body was no longer there, Mark 16:1-8. Jesus appeared to one of the women desperately cry for him. Here again Jesus shows us that he hears the cries from our heart and show up. “Woman why are you crying? Then he call her name, Mary! and when she recognize his voice Jesus said to her, ” touch me not, for I am not yet ascended to my Father… your God” John 20:17. ” Touch me not” I couldn’t help but questioned in my spirit, “why woud Jesus say such a thing to this one particular woman and being the one to see him first?” Women back in those days couldn’t actual touch a man especially if he’s not their husband. Was she going to greet him with a kiss? After all scriptures delcares, ” greet one another with a holy kiss,” Romans 16:16. Maybe in those days a kiss was like shaking of the hand when greeting someone, who knows? Judas had kissed Jesus in the garden of Gethsamane to signal he to the soldiers he was the one. So a kiss is a sort of greeting back then. Mary Magdalene maybe was a person who instead of a kiss, use to hug and touch on men but, not in soliciting way, knowing women back in those days couldn’t touch men under no circumstances, and maybe that’s the reason why she was thought to be a prostitute. For Jesus to say touch me not, he knew her character better than anyone else.

Jesus had allowed Thomas to touch him. “Why that’s not fear” I thought to myself, after all he told Mary don’t. Mary was the first to see him, when xhe had told her he has not yet ascended to the Father and he gave her orders to go tell his disciples. It could only meant that Jesus stopped on his way to the Father to comfort Mary in her distress over him and then continued on afterwards. What Mary had seen may have been the spirit of Jesus not his flesh. Like what the three disciples saw of him on the Mount of Transfiguration.

Second Glorious Mystery: The Ascension. Jesus ascends to heaven to sit at the right hand of the Father. At the right hand of the Father, he sits there as our advocate. The Third Glorious Mystery: The Descent of the Holy Spirit. The days of Pentecost had come as they were in one place and one accord. Tongues of fire rested on each of them, and they all spoke in other languages filled with the Holy Spirit. The Fourth Glorious Mystery: The Assumption. Mary is assumed into heaven, taken up like Elijah to be with her son Jesus. The Fifth Glorious Mystery: The Coronation of Mary. Mary is crowded Queen of heaven and earth by her son Jesus.

When meditating on the Glorious Mystery of the Holy Rosary it empowers me within my spirit as a woman and a mother the gift we are given by God to bear his children to whom like Jesus one day will change the world in such a profound and unprecedented way.

The sorrowful Mysteries

First Sorrowful Mystery: The Agony in the Garden Jesus prays in the garden till his swear became like drops of blood. Jesus conversation with his father was ever so intense. Second Sorrowful Myster: The Scourging at the Pillar. Jesus was tied to a pillar and cruelly beaten. Third Sorrowful Mystery: The Crowning with Thorns. A crown of thorns was place on Jesus’s head by the soldiers as they mocked him and lead him to be crucified.

Fourth Sorrowful Mystery: The carrying of the cross. Jesus is made to carry the cross. While I was meditating on the carrying of the cross, I couldn’t help but thing about Simon who was compelled to carry Jesus’s cross, Matthew 27:32. I do understand that God always has a plan, so this man Simon carry Jesus cross must ment something of importance. There was no mention of him being a follower of Christ or even if he knew anything about Jesus mission. I thought to myself what conversations did he have with Jesus, if any at all? Did Jesus need his help physically to carry the cross because he was unable or was Simon just another part of the mockery by the soldiers, like the crown of thorns, after all they were calling him a king making fun of him.

I’ve always seen the cross as the sin of man that Jesus had to carry, because after all he’s divinity. But Simon, compelled to carry it by the soldiers, makes it seems like it was more than what Jesus could bear, if that was the case. What was Simon purpose with Jesus? Maybe as a man he was chosen to be the completion of Jesus mission in taking up the cross and following him.

Fifth Sorrowful Mystery: The Crucifixion and Death. Jesus is nailed to the cross and dies for our sin. Without the crucifixion of Jesus our salvation would not have been. “Thank you Jesus.”

Today once again Joyful Mystery

First Joyful Mystery: The Annunciation. The angel Gabriel tells Mary she is highly favored by God, and is going to be the mother of Jesus, the Son of God.

Second Joyful Mystery: The Visitation. After Mary recieved the good new of being highly favored by God to have his son. The spirit lead her right away to her cousin Elizabeth who also was pregnant. I always thought that the Holy spirit only came on the earth as of the day of Pentecost. Meditating on the Visition Mystery taught me other wise. There was never a mention to when Mary was going to be impregnated, but I have to believe it took place the very moment she accepted to be when spoken to Gabriel. And when Mary had gone to visit her cousin Elizabeth who was pregnant also with John the Baptist as she greeted her cousin the baby leaped in her womb. And the leap of the baby was the Holy spirit that fell on Elizabeth and she began to prophesy all that she knew about Mary excepting by faith the plans God had for her being the mother of His son.

The Third Joyful Mystery: The Nativity. Jesus is born in the manger in Bethlehem. The Forth Joyful Mystery: The Presentation in the Temple. Jesus was presented to the Lord, like being Christened or dedicated in the Temple. There was a righteous and devout man named Simeon who took the baby Jesus in his arms blessed and prophesy over his life as the Holy Spirit moved upon him. There was also a prophetess named Anna.

Fifth Joyful Mystery: The Finding in the Temple. As I mediated on this Mystery Jesus I realized that Jesus was showing a bit of normal preteen rebellion taking ofc on his parents without permission. He had the never to say, why were they looking for him, he must be about his Father’s business, Luke 2:49.

We have to thank God for the Joyful Mystery and the fact that Mary said, Yes, to the request of being the Mother of the Son of God.
