We as children of God are to be emboldened when following Jesus. To acknowledge and be like Jesus when he said, “to see me is to see the father,” John 14:9. The only man who ever lived we should want to emulate is Jesus our Lord and saviour. Don’t you get it? There’s no other that can take his place as a true representation of God, we all should be following. If we’re following the way of Jesus, we need not cry, “peace, love, mercy, forgiveness, compassion, righteousness, truth…where’s your existence, or why has God removed your power. We are to be possessing the true power of God through our oneness with being water baptized, Holy Ghost filled through and in Jesus. Have you picked up your cross and began following him?

Why has fear of the worldliness now incapacitated our soul? Have we lost our zeal for God, do we no longer reverence him as our ancestors did? As Jesus had called to his disciples Peter, James and John to keep watching with him for one hour in the Garden of Gethsemane Matthew 26:40-45. Are we asleep now as they were back then in earth final hours as we have known it like the disciples after Jesus imparted the Father will and purpose. Do you feel at one with Jesus or an outsider? Then the devil has deceived you children of God. If you were not fixated on Jesus, and looked away for a second then and only then, you became vulnerable to the attacks of satanic forces. And we are under attacks by demons, powers and principalities, spiritual wickedness in high places. Those who has ears to hear let them hear what the Lord is saying in every situation going on in our world today. And the eyes to see, let them see the deception that’s going on also. Satan is not try to make the world better, or great. He’s out to gain access to vulnerable with sweet talks of manipulation and the evidence of nothing, but staged propaganda to deceive everyone regardless of intellect or social status. The devil is out to gain leverage by whatever means. We’re dealing with the Antichrist and false prophet on the world stage.

Jesus is returning, but this time we must prove how well learnt are we. Have we been following his Father will and purpose, are we truly on the Lord side in our deeds and action towards each other and all Gods creations. Are preaching His truths and righteousness; winning souls for the kingdom. Can you say with bold assurance, “I love God with all my mind, heart and soul and my neighbours as myself.” Jesus is no longer coming with Cupid on his shoulder this time, but with the sword in his hand, calling for all those who are on the Lords side and to destroy evil once and for all. He’s coming to separate the goats from the sheep. Whose side are you on? Before you answer make sure you understand what it means to follow Jesus and to fulfill the will and purpose of the Heavenly Father.

When contemplating standing up for righteousness and truth, begin with the Ephesians 6:11-18Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil… Psalm 27:1-14 The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life ; of whom shall I be afraid?When the wicked, even my mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell… Psalm 37:1-40 (25) Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity, for they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb. Trust in the Lord, and do good….I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteousness forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. Psalm 73:1-28 (17) Until I went into the sanctuary of God; then understood I the end of evil people… The Lord is on the side of those who try to live according to His will and purpose.

Whiles the wicked are emboldened with their wicked ways and the righteous is standing down. I know God has a plan. Though silently shackled and enslaved by sin, don’t worry, all this is going to come to an end. The spirit of the Lord is here with us if we truly believe. Remember Jesus promised to never leave us nor forsake us. The comforter, helper, Holy Spirit: teacher, advocate is with us. Do you believe?

The battle is not ours but the Lord, “stand still and see the salvation of the Lord.” Our fight is not with weapons, but on our knees in prayer and fasting. This is not a natural fight we are dealing with, but evil forces. No amount of diplomacy, love or a show of kindness will move this force. According to Matthew 7:6 “Do not give dogs what’s is holy, and do not cast pearls before swine.” This is what the fight is like. To win this fight we must stand behind Jesus. Some of us are equipped for this fight with knowledge, and wisdom of the Holy Spirit and must fight to prepare the way for the coming of Lord like John the Baptist.

Something is going to happen that’s going to leave us speechless, truth is going to be revealed. All this craziness is going on in our world is going to come to an end. God is still and will always be in control, lest we forget.
