Genesis 6:8

Noah was wise enough to be obedient to God. From building the ark, even to looking foolish and crazy; knowing not to open the ark as soon as the rain stopped. He was obedient, trusting and faithful to God. The Lord found favor in Noah and his family, at a time wickedness of the human race grew great in the world. Genesis 6:8-22.

Now with covid-19 being the flood of our times, no one wants to remain in the ark. We have to thank God we are not locked up with animals in the dark without windows, tv and our electronic devices and cell phones. At least we can see and connect with each other through social media or our phone.

Noah didn’t lose his mind for a moment to think like us today HE had to restart the world immediately, or it was in his contorl, instead he waited patiently on the Lord before he’d act. But then again, today is only about the money, the so called economy. If Noah had only open the ark before it’s time, think of the disaster it would had been for both his family, and all animals. After spending all that time building it and staying in the ark just to drown anyways. That’s what happening with covid-19 flood today, if we’re not careful.

It haven’t stopped raining, the dove is still going back and forth, which means the water is never going to recede anytime soon. Waiting patiently on the Lord in faith is always the right thing to do back then and still today. “God is a never changing God.”
