Some people real haven’t taken serious consideration to what’s going on in the world with covid-19. Just because we can’t physically see bombs dropping from the sky, the enemy approaching us with guns drawn, or be concern about landmines on the ground, doesn’t mean we are not in a war.

I can’t believe the in the midst of this crisis, this war, people are acting very spoiled, selfish, and haughty. “God have mercy upon us.” Who in a war wants your hair, eyebrows and nails done? Try to make money by any means, refuse to accept you have to remain inside for as long as bombs continues to be dropped, have your steak specifically done instead of eating what is available, order in foods with alcohol to drink, keep the lights on 24/7 on social media? Really! And the list goes on.

If covid-19 was a visual war we all can see with the army tanks, trucks, planes, and soldiers with guns, then, only then, our mindset truly would change. Just because we can’t see it doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be vigilant. Father, our Lord and shepherd, please lead and guide us.

Exactly 3am the phone rang, it was the old age facility my dad reside in. I was told my dad went into convulsions and slipped into a coma. He was check fo covid-19 and was negative over two weeks ago and now he has it. Couldn’t go back to sleep as my mind didn’t allow me to stop processing what could have possibly happened to him after being repeatedly told, stop worrying he was good, if anything is wrong I would be notified.

Unlike my mother nothing between my father and I was left unsaid, and I had no questions for him. I grew to know my dad pretty well for the five years I had lived with him. I was definitely a daddy’s girl. He set the standard so high for how any man that comes into my life should treat me and nothing less. But to my siblings I was like Joseph who wore the coat of many colors ( like the rainbow the coat represented the promise which Joseph himself was) the dreamer and prophet, so I was treated, Genesis 37.

My father would always compare my siblings to me. His exact words would be, “why can’t you be like your sister” and I resented it so much because I knew they hated me. I was just born this way in my core, to be compassionate, shy, humble, truthful, loving, peaceful, a lover not a fighter, forgiving, selfless, and most importantly God fearing and faithful. Many times for my kindness I endured resentment and hurt from my siblings. Jealousy made me a target to my siblings. My intention was never to show them up by making them look and feel bad, it is who I am as a person. And as I grew up and went out into the real world, life for me wasn’t any different. I realized that the way they treated me was to prepare me for my future of how the outside world will also treat me, but I had to be strong.

My natural father always love and respect me, even deliver me out of many troubles when I truly needed him, and would stand up with me and for me whenever I needed him. We’d fight and when we did, it wasn’t so severe that we couldn’t make peace with each other. I never had to second guess his love for me and he will always listen to me when I spoke to him. From a child, he’ll always say the reason for him taking my advice is because he believed me to be an old soul. The way I was treated by my dad, always made me feel it was a reflection of my heavenly father.

My father by no means was perfect. He was a woman abuser, and a cheater one reason my mother left. He loved women lots of them. If it was legal my dad would be a polygamist. The way my dad treated women I never could understand, because by no means would he want anyone of his girl children to be treated that way. He always said, he will kill the man that would ill treat his daughters and he was serious. He lacked in the knowledge of practice what you preach and boy did I ever use to remind him.

Unlike my mother, my dad’s passing didn’t anger me. With him having dementia he was suffering, really suffering. One thing my dad was a hard worker and a provider. He use to wake up before sunrise to go to work and return home in the dark. He loved to work and drive. A mechanic by trade also repaired and painted cars back in the days. Never sitting still and to see my dad drugged up and locked down, it was killing him and he looked like he he was just withering away day by day, barley existing. Always saying he wanted to just die, he would be better off. Made me so sad and guilty cause there was nothing I can do, but pray.

What gives me comfort is know he’s in the arms of the heavenly Father who’s welcoming him home. He’s no longer suffering and the bondage of sin has know been lifted. Rest in peace daddy!

Every night I am having bad nightmares. This situation we’re in with covid-19 has been invading my dreams. I am carry on conversations with the Lord in my dream, asking many questions, especially how long is this going to last? Crying in my sleep and waking up with real tears, rolling down my face. God said, we are like the stubborn Israelites delivered from slavery in Egypt who murmured and complained in the wilderness who had to remain there forty years. Disobedient, murmuring and complain is going to be once again our down fall keeping us in the wilderness of covid-19.

How can we say we believe and trust in the Lord, when we can’t even feel or hear him within our soul communicating to us. We have read the scriptures gone to church and believe in the power of the Holy Spirit. John 14:16-17 Jesus said, “And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate ( comforter)to help you and be with you forever, the spirit of truth. Then how is it as Christian we can’t understand the moving of the Lord in our lives with this covid-19. We quote and call our Lord, “Jehovah Jireh,” the Lord will provide, “Jehovah Rapha” the Lord who heals, and “Jehovah Shammah”  the Lord is there. Where’s the faith in what we say and do? Or is it just for show? We are so busy doing church, instead of being the church; reading and interpreting scriptures, getting caught up in reminising about what happened back then, considering it only as the past, but not recognizing in our own actions we are repeating the very same things today the ancestors in the scriptures have done.

How is the Lord moving in our lives due to covid-19? So many things we take for granted in our lives has now been brought to the forefront, starting with our health, mentally and physically, our love ones and our relationships, communities and socializing with and among others sharing this earth together, realizing we are all humans and this viruses is no respector of persons, regardless of faith, ethnicity, or social class. All the hidden factors that we all over look as a society, country, nations is now also coming to the forefront of our lives that we will have  no other choice but to confront and deal with on a global scale, starting with faith and relationship with God, our planet earth and the way we treat and interact with one another.

Yes, people are dying and it’s heart breaking. Death through the resurrection of Jesus no longer has its sting. We can’t look at it as a bad thing, but rather returning home to our Father from where we came. It sad but like Jesus said, “verily, verily I say unto you, unless a grain of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abides alone; but if it die, it brings forth much fruit,” John 12:24.

There’s no mention of devil, because for once after the life death and resurrection of Jesus, what’s going on in the world is just between man and the Lord, no middle evil(devil). The devil is still being mischievous, but not much attention is focused on him, only by those who is giving into to him willingly. “We must resist him.” He doesn’t have power to touch the entire world at the same time as for what is going on in the world today with covid-19. Only God can call for us all to be in the belly of a whale, or stuck in an ark.

God is never changing, so that means He’s still communicating with us we are just to busy to realize it.

The only reason for us to rejoice in the fact that the earth is in a circle is, as it was in the beginning so shall it be in the end, and world without end. Also in the beginning the relationship between God and man was flawless, until the eating of the forbidden fruit. The Lord’s intention is to bring us back to that relationship with him, where the devil is no longer the middle man between us.

I cried today after watching the news, I was just heart broken. Crisis either brings out the good in some people or the devil himself in others. Someone went on a killing spree and murdered many innocent people, the racism towards innocent Chinese for covid-19, domestic violence is up in homes, and many breaking and entering to businesses that are shot down, and people protesting together outside when we all should be social distancing and isolation concerning covid-19, to go back to work. They have no consideration to everyone else who sacrificed themselves by staying social distancing and isolation for so long, just waiting for the experts with obedience to resume gradually back to normal life. These selfish ones, risking resurgence of this virus with a vegence, not concerned of the implications of their actions long term.

They are only about money. Jesus said to Peter when he had cut off the ear of the soldier in the garden of Gethsamane as they came to arrest him, ” For all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.” Well I heard His voice say, the same about the love of money.

How could covid-19 be a Chinese disease? Come on now! What they invented the thing? If so, why then is it called a pandemic? Thank the Lord back in the days it didn’t have social media because all countries that certain diseases first appeared as the epicenter would be discriminated against. I couldn’t help but cry when I saw on the news an elderly eighty-four dementia Chinese gentlemen who wonder into a corner store got physically thrown out and push to the ground with racist comments about the covid-19. What is our world becoming? It’s not enough we have this virus. The cruelty and prejudice that came out because of this virus is so unbelievable with all the knowledge of information at our disposal, I can’t understand how we can be, yet still so ignorant. What people want to repeat the days of Noah why God decided to destroy the earth?

“Lord forgive us our sins and have mercy on us all. Jesus it is once again becoming worst.” Shame on us!!!

Mother’s Day is soon approaching and I am moved within my spirit to call for May to be the month of the Rosary. Like a fast, but instead a dedication to prayer and meditation on mysteries of the Rosary.

After fasting and praying during Holy season for forty days, with everything that’s going on in the world today with covid-19, isolation and social distancing, we need the comfort of our Holy Mother Mary. God loves us, but a father’s discipline is always soothing with the comforting of a mother.

Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6 or Acts 4:12 ” neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.” According to the understanding of many people, whenever you mention Mary, that’s the scriptures they quote. I guess they didn’t read Luke 1:27-55. Mary is exempt she didn’t have to go to God, he came to her when he sent Gabriel with the message that she was highly favored, to be mother of Jesus. Mary didn’t have to follow her son Jesus, she was just what God created her to be and because endured his pain and suffering in faithfulness for love of God. That’s the reason He chosen her out of all the women in the world. We all know God is never changing so Mary today is still held as being highly favored, to be the spouse of God. I say His spouse, because then God would broken His own commandment on fornication, Exodus 20:14 “You shall not commit adultery.”

Not Jesus, his mother, disciples or anyone who truly knows to be in service to God want to become Him, or would like to be worshipped as if they are, except satan. They understand what it meant to say, ” to see me is to see the Father” Meaning God is in control of everything, including your entire being. Your freedom of choice is surrendered to Him, for His will to be done with your life. And not many people as we can see, by the number of disciples that was given to Jesus in all world with so many others are called. Many are called, but few are chosen, Matthew 22:14.

So therefore we cannot be ignorant to things we don’t know or have the understanding. Any and everyone please join me beginning in May for prayer and meditation of the Rosary. Reminder to all the Jesus alone people, yes it is only Jesus alone through his life, death and resurrection brought salvation for all humanity. I am not disrespecting your faith or what the scriptures delcares. As you’d begin to understand the Rosary, you’ll realise it is about Jesus and the intercession of the Blessed Mother Mary to her son our behalf. Mary got involved in Jesus’s mission from the time of his conception, after all it is through her He came and now she’s in one with Him and the Father in the establishment of kingdom on earth. Acts 2:1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. Like every Pastors, Ministers, Priest, Bishops, all heads of Churches and government, who’s authority do you believe as a Christian they are to be working under in one accord in one place? Just as Jesus was under all authority of the Father to do the things he had done. And now everyone is to follow suit, that are followers of Christ.

It was never about Mary or the disciples, but after Jesus’s life death and resurrection everything changed, they were left to carry on his work. John 19:26-27 When Jesus saw his mother there, and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to her, “woman, here is your son,” and to the disciple, ” here is your mother.” Mary was the first to be given the authority and power at the cross to become the first saint because everything Jesus suffered from the womb to the cross Mary unlike the disciples she stood by her son and fought a good fight to be strong and bear all his suffering and pain, even to threats and deaths she never forsake him. Mary didn’t have to wait for the day of Pentecost for the Holy Spirit to fall on her, scriptures declares it was the thing that moved upon her for to conceive the baby Jesus, Luke 1:35.

God always rewards us whenever we stand in faith and truth till the end. We can all agree that Jesus mother is not in hell, if his disciples can be with him in his father’s mansion, pretty sure there is where his mother would be also, John 14:2-3

Matthew 16:19 “I will give you keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” If we here on earth can have such honor respect for earthly mother’s of the rich and famous especially wives and mother’s of the leaders of our churches? Come on now, how much more as Christians should we in the acknowledgement of the Holy Mother?

No one knows that day and hour that Jesus will return. Matthew 24:36 But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the son(Jesus the man), but the Father only (divinity). John 3:16 God so love the world that he give his only son. This world belongs to Jesus if we cry for him, he will return again. John 16:23 Very truly I tell you, my Father will give you whatever you ask in my name. Jesus return has already been impregnated with the promise in the womb of our pain and tears, fears, plea for deliverance and our faith.

The Lord hears our cries and our prayers. Matthew 7:8-11 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks find; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. “Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you,though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!

The world maybe in a crisis, but the Lord is in control.

As the Lord had told Moses made a bronze snake and put it up on a pole. Then when anyone was bitten by a snake and looked at the bronze snake, they lived. Numbers 21:9. The snake symbolized in the Bible: evil power, divination, as well as a symbol of fertility, life and healing.

The Israelites was very ungrateful people. From the day they left Egypt the murmuring and complains was more then even God can bear much less Moses. When they prayed and recieved whatever they wanted, God was more than just good to them, he was a great. As soon as they didn’t get what they want the world was coming to an end and they grew impatient, complained about any and everything from not having water, food, the dislike for the food God provided for them in the wilderness, and they spoke against Moses and God. But whenever they’ve sinned, recognize their wrong go to Moses and beg for God’s forgiveness. Moses will go and pray to God on their behalf and God forgives them every time. Numbers 21:1-9

Just take into consideration how God works for a moment. Why the same serpent which represents the temptation to sin which caused Adam and Eve to fall short, now is the very thing God uses as a symbol to heal this rebellious and sinful people and most of all the very thing he sent to bite them for their ways. Isaiah 55:8-9 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.”

God wants to get our attention, and he has pulled back the cord. “He’s in control of the world in which we are living in, lest we forget.” God has allowed humanity to go as far as we can and never for a moment were we ever left to fend for ourselves without him, regardless if we acknowledge his existence or not. But now is his revealing time to acknowledge and know under the situation man kind is going through now, God is real. All has failed us right now with covid-19. The sense of being lost, doubt and hopelessness, everyone is feeling right now is over bearing that mental illnesses is definitely going to affect us all. Most people are already in a vulnerable position mentally. The discipline of the mind has to be prevalent, not allowing negative thoughts to dominate our mind about the already bad situation we are going through with covid-19. Look to the Lord, stop whatever and just look to our Lord, to whom your help comes from. The trumpet has sounded.

What we fail to realize is God doesn’t need our permission o be God over us, He just is, from the beginning of our lives till the end. What we decided in middle is our choice to. And really that is what life is truly all about living in th e middle with our choices and knowing God, no matter what has us in his merciful hands all the way, from the beginning to end a midst our choice, never letting us go.

Psalm 100: 3 Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.

This morning as I was in prayer and meditation unto my Lord. My thoughts was on the devastation of the world with covid-19. I pray each day that the Lord will in his appointed time, deliver the world from this trial. I thought to myself, how much we are all still afraid of death, when knowing our God, truly knowing our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ sits on the throne working on our behalf. He is risen, our God is not dead and we who are in him shall never die even though we do, John 11:25-26. Yet, we are so afraid, “Oh we of little Faith,”

As I was praying and all of a sudden, I saw a vision of the earth spinning and it was spinning like Spinning top: a top is a toy with a squat body and a sharp point at the bottom, designed to be spun on its vertical axis, balancing on the tip due to the gyroscopes effect. The earth was spinning, but on a cross and above the earth was what looked like a funnel, like that of a tornado, the largest I have ever seen the size of the earth pull the earth towards it sucking up whatever is on the earth. It looked like the sence from the crucifixion but instead of three crosses only one and the earth grew very dark with lightening and thunderstorms. Before I could say anything I screamed as the vision fade immediately with my scream and as I opened my eyes, I continued in prayers.

To me Jesus death on the cross has something to do with our survival. To see the earth spinning on the cross tells me the cross, Jesus sacrifice for us, truly is our salvation and that it is still at work.

All things that have been going at a fast pace in our lives is now going be slowing down, simply because we have reached our pinnacle. God says for us to slow it down, especially for us to recognize how far we’ve drifted from Him and each other.

We work 24/7, till our mental health is so depleted. The demands especially on those with children is crazy. People has been going none stop that interactions with one another who are isolated now because of covid-19 has become toxic. People can’t sit still. It’s like everyone has (ADHA) Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. We need every opportunity to be still and now is that time seeing how far we’ve come. There’s nothing we are without and nothing it seems left for us in the dark that we don’t now see, we are surrounded by so much knowledge, wisdom and everything is just a click away.

We drift away from God in the sense that He’s last on our priority. Our constants busy life is way to demanding to connect with our Lord who’s the source of our life who give us strength. The hour we should be given to God for own benefit is now, if able, a five minutes, then we’re through the door of our own will and given life. Forgive us!

Time only goes by fast when we’re busy, but when you have nothing to do, it can seem like forever. But God is now going to make time longer so everything can now slow down so we can smell the roses.

They were both God’s prophets, the chosen ones to deliver His people according to His will. But they both burned out and broke faith, when it came to dealing with humanity. Moses got frustrated at the rock of Meribah and Jonah he’d refused to go to Nineveh. They both loved and respected God for his mercy and compassion towards humanity, but as for them, their patients run cold because humanity can be so cruel and ungrateful.

God didn’t punished Moses by not allowing him take the people to the promise land. God saw Moses frustration and anger that was taking a toll on him because of the behavior of the people. Moses had to remind God at one time his promise to Abraham not to destroy the people. From the day they left Egypt all the people did was complained and it just got worst when Moses was forty days on the Mountain getting the law from God and then they built the golden calf to worship as their God. God saw that it was more than Moses can bear and that is the reason he let the people wonder for forty years in the wilderness. Exodus 32.

Jonah had a relationship with God just like that of a parent and a rebellious child. He blatantly refused to go to Nineveh and headed for Tarshish knowing that the Lord will come after him. He wasn’t suprised when the storm hit the boat he was in. He knew it was because of him the storm came, so he ordered them to throw him overboard the boat to stop the storm in hopes to kill himself. But instead God sent a big fish to swallow him. For three days in the belly of the fish he repented and eventually agreed to do as he was told by God, “go to Nineveh” The fish then spit him out and he went to Nineveh and warned them to repent of their sinful ways which they did. Jonah problem was why God, knowing he was going show mercy to the people anyways couldn’t deal with them himself. Jonah had an issue with the attitudes of people and their behaviors towards God and the fact God still care so much for them regardless. Jonah just was not impressed with the Lord’s mercy and compassion to wicked and rebellious people. Look like he had, had enough with them. God wanted to show him to look at it from his point of view.
