Jesus death wasn’t in vain

We are redeemed, our salvation has come and is still being giving every minute, every hour and every day of our lives through relationship with the Lord. Jesus didn’t come so we can have a biblical history lesson of a messiah. He came that our spirit will be made free by obedience to kingdom rules. What is kingdom rule? Matthew 6:9-13 “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” Jesus is the manifestation of God’s rules ( God’s word, the law of being), that is subjected to the will of God, not your own.

Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly. Sin even not evident to us has been abolished. How can sin be abolished if so many bad things are still going on in the world especially sickness and death? Through Jesus life, death and resurrection, the restoration of man to God by destroy the strong hold of the devil who is responsible for the sin Adam and Eve committed. Now we live by grace thanks to Jesus because or works was unable to do what Jesus could, especially that of the Mosaic law.

When Jesus told Mary Magdalene do not hold on to me for I have not yet ascend to the Father, John 20:17, was for the sake of contamination. Moses was asked to remove his shoes in Exodus 3:5 “Do not come any closer,” God said, ” Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is Holy ground.” Jesus had to ascend to God to be purified as he was yet still in a human form, to take every weakness of the flesh that has been easily bind us to sin to set us free. That’s why if we follow Jesus we shall be free from sin and death would no longer be curse because of sin, but a transfiguration to eternity with Christ.
