“Where are the prophets?”

It is said that the Lord is the same yesterday, today and forever, that He is a never changing God. I remember being told as a child, that the Lord never put out a city without a warning. The Lord will send a prophets to speak to the people like Jonah to the Ninevites, Isaiah to Judah and Jerusalem, Jeremiah, and Ezekiel when ever the people were fall short. Where are the prophets of this century and why haven’t any prophets prophesy about the coronavirus?

Could it be there is too much noise going on in the world, and the prophets are to distracted they can’t hear the voice of God speaking clearly.? Especially with technology being our greatest distraction today. Are they refusing to truly possess the power of prophesy given by the Lord, being consumed in wanting to please man and be in the world, subjected into telling people just what they want to hear instead of God’s truth?

Matthew 24:24 “For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Signs of the End times. There are still faithful prophets, but there are also those who’s in it for fame and fortune, being deceived by the devil, like those who are pastors the leader of the churches. These are the false prophets and false Christs.

Maybe God has silence the true prophets for such a time like this with covid-19, whereby now people will be willing to listen. Prophets was very faithful and godly like Samuel and Daniel in the Bible, who fasted and prayed. There was a time all churches were never without prophets. And in the midst of worshipping and praise when the Holy Ghost entered in, prophesy came, and when the person spoke in tongues there was an interpreter. “Where are the prophets?”

Scriptures declares, there is a time and season for everything, Ecclesiastes 3. God knowing the hearts and mind of man orchestrated his will, not through the famous or wealthy, but through those that are simple and ordinary. So in asking where’s the prophets they could be whom or what we least expect among us like a movie we saw, a television show, a book that has been written etc. 1Corinthinians 1:27 “But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty.” (KJV)
